Have you seen that Reading No. 2100’s original GRATE FINGERS are now for sale? At $39.00 each including shipping to the US and Canada, they’re already proving quite popular! Pick up yours here: www.americansteamrailroad.org/product/2100-firebox-grate-section/
A big thanks to all who have and are working so hard using your gifts and talents to bring this locomotive back to life. PS Will 2100 ever get to meet 2102 on the Reading & Northern?
Should an opportunity arise that can logistically be done, and is financially viable, ASR will do everything possible to make a meeting with the 2102 happen.

Thanks Aunt Jackie! Glad you enjoyed the video!
*the oil conversion*
let’s go!!?
So what's going to happen to the stoker motor?
The stoker motor, screw and components are being properly stored on-site.
@@AmericanSteamRailroad that's good.
Looks interesting. I have mixed feelings about oil conversions, but I guess it's a necessary evil to keep engines running.
Oil burning allows the locomotive to run on the short lines that have invited ASR to run 2100 on.
Why does the grate say 1218? (Joke)
