15 hours through Afghanistans most dangerous roads

Today we are traveling from Kunduz to Kabul. According to Google Maps, the drive takes between 7 and 8 hours. However, the journey involves crossing the Salang Pass, which has an altitude of 3,800 meters and is prone to avalanches and landslides. The road can be narrow in places due to the high volume of truck traffic, which may cause significant delays.

The shops are open 12 months a year and some of the shops open 24 hours , and in the winter temperature gets to minus - 30 to - 40 and this area of Afghanistan has a lot of avalanche
