"What other ways do you want to spend time in this extremely short life. This is probably the best way to spend your time." Such inspirational words SubhanAllah!!! Melted my heart 😭 JazakalAllaho khairan for this dose of Eeman
Hey, brother! Awesome! I’d love for you to try this method I personally use. Pick a surah that is 5-10 pages long and start by memorizing only the first few words of each ayah. Do this for the entire surah, and you’ll create a perfect mind map of the surah in your mind. Read the whole surah using this method daily. Over time, your memory will become more vivid. After that, start memorizing the verses selectively-memorize them in the order you prefer. Just make sure to keep revisiting and reiterating the first few words of each verse daily.
@@AbdarRahmanChignell Yes, I mean the first few words of each ayah. This method works best with surahs that have relatively long ayahs-typically 5-10 ayahs per page. The main challenge with memorization is those “blackouts” at the end of an ayah when you suddenly can’t recall what comes next. A lot of time is wasted trying to remember the next ayah; if you can’t, you often end up looking it up and reciting the whole page again. This means you’re repeatedly going over verses you’ve already memorized well, which can be a waste of time and energy. By using this technique, we focus on mastering the sequence of the surah. We do this by memorizing only the first few words of each ayah, which trains us to recall the next ayah quickly without having to reread everything we already know.
Barakallahu Feek, Insha'allah you will become a Hafiz. The fact that you took the time to learn how to read Arabic just shows your determination. May Allah bless you
cant recommend this enough, 10 juz in so far and i cant imagine not using a mushaf, you end up taking a visual image of the page and helps with mutashaabihat
asalamualaykum! love to see this! one thing i will say akhi is that you should memorise from the mushaf instead of the phone because you will have a photographic memory of which side the ayaat are on
Jazak Allah khairn akhi. I really enjoyed and benefited from watching this video. I struggle with memorising myself as my memory is not sharp at all. Indeed, the small habits really do make a big difference. May Allah bless in this life and in the hereafter. Ameen. Jazak Allah khair.
I kind of do 2-4 pages in an hour mashallah, rn im rememorizing the quarter of yasin im halfway through it only took me a month or 2 So mashallah with my age being 13, i think this is decent
Make Du'a for me, I memorized from Juz 30-23 but I forgot most except for like Juz 23 and bits of 22 and random bits here and there. I've now started to memorize but after each paage, repeat the page or section x70 without looking without mistakes.
Actually, for me and for most of the Quran hufad , the process of reviewing the Quran is one of the biggest challenges that one faces during this journey. As you already know, Quran is made easy to memorize by allah , but it is also easy to forget as the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said ( تعاهدوا القرآن فوالذي نفسي بيده لهو اشد تفلتا من الايام في نقلها)
You're right consistency is key, but im ngl, I tried the 1 verse per day method before and sometimes I would just slack and say ill do it tmrw or whatever. What worked for me is dedicating like 20mins to memorize half a page(I'm not consistent everyday yet tho) I feel like memorising multiple verses is easier than just one because they connect. Just sharing my experience, different things work for different people obviously
@@What_are_handles makes sense, thank you for your advice. I am also not very consistent :/ and some verses take much longer to memorize. Maybe I should try that..
@@hiddenbeauty_ if you can find a teacher, it's so much better and will keep u consistent, if not, it is still feasible to do it alone. To stay consistent I also recommend doing it right after a prayer. Or right after any habit really.
How do you learn the Quran with the phone what method did you use because I know there’s people including me who can’t learn the Quran without having the physical mushaf so they can underline and highlight with what they are struggling with. Especially the sisters who can’t touch the Quran for a week learning from the phone doesn’t work as well. So I was just wondering how does it work for you?
Personally I use tarteel, amazing app you can repeat the verse many times ! Also it underlines the part of the verse that the sheikh recites. For marking the mushaf I just take a screen shot and use my apple pen to underline or highlights parts! Hope this helps جزاك الله خير

wow inshallah. that sounds great.
This sounds very interesting. Can I just check if you mean first few words of each ayat or of each line? Barak Allahu Feek

Memorize with an actual mushaf. It helps you remember the page lines and where it’s at better.

ya, i agree. this is something im trying to implement inshallah.
Veryyy important, that's the advice of the scholars. Not only from the mushaf but a specific mushaf and never changing it
switch audio track for your mic to mono in editing software before uploading next time your mic is only in the left ear
