I can totally relate to the "not really glamorous" thing. I wanted to be in the school play because it looked fun. I ended up getting a really bad splinter because the theater floor has needed replacement for over 20 years. I also ended up burning out because I basically don't get home until it's time to go to bed. I also ended up not being able to keep up with the choreography. But it's too late to back out now.

If it helps, you guys shouldn't feel compelled to make longer vlogs. A 3 or 4 minute vlog can be just as good as a 14min one. Don't have to capture every moment of your life necessarily, just the stuff you want to share with us. You're cool people.

How varied is the Canadian accent landscape as far as English is concerned? I know Canadian French is quite distinct from France French. Does Canadian French also have a few variations?
alguemalguem I live in Quebec, the capital of Canadian French. They sound like English people here (Eastern Canada). This is a normal 'north american' accent I guess. They have no accent to me is what I'm trying to say. People from Newfoundland have a distinct accent. And some people from the prairies do too (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). Canadian French does have some distinct variations most notably being Montreal's accent is different from rural Quebec. Other provinces to have French populations like New Brunswick, some sound like Quebec others sound like Acadians (Maritime French accent). Just a disclaimer I'm not an expert, I just get to be one of 8 million lucky residents of Quebec and one of 35 million lucky residents of Canada.
Hey Greg & Mitch, I have been a viewer for over a year now, it has always shocked me that you two aren't vegan. Having all the knowledge that you guys do, being so sciency and always wanting to know everything, it just baffles me that you aren't vegans, or at least vegetarians. Especially because a few vlogs back I'm pretty sure you acknowledged the fact that agriculture takes up over 50% of the worlds water usage, while 4% being actually used in households. And you wanted to know how to save water when waiting for the water to heat up, well I think the most efficient way to save water and the planet in general would be to stop eating meat and dairy. Sounds pretty rational to me.
