They are also the only korean shop that is doing collabs, similar to the Japanese store Atmos. All the others on your list are just sneaker shops you can find anywhere else, selling the same shoes as any place like in the US.

Agreed! Even nowadays, most sneaker shops in Korea are overpriced and more expensive than the US! Depending on which pair or course.
