Gotta use your ult more. You get it back so might as well use it and then build it up again as you do all that damage.

With this build the ultimate is un necessary. Sometimes even slower than the steamvent.

Inscription on your gear. It'll say something like 100%/200% gear charges

How do you get steam vent to drop other then black ice?

Steam vent is in the seasonal store. Play the seasonal to get crystals and then spend them

Do the guns matter or can I mix it up

The rolls on the guns need to be suit related unless your making a weapon build.. and weapon build is not really good in the game but they can work.
