The buff kinda doesn't make much of a difference. I think they should have changed or buffed her ULT and also given her a different skill 1 and 2 for when furball is out of commission so she's not solely reliant on it or at least make her a bit more tanky when furball is dead.
That's true, they should've atleast give her 1st skill better hitbox and range, make her 2nd skill last longer and increase the shield (it doesn't even feel like 2 seconds more like 1) and her knock-ups more noticeable, so sad that Ishar is quite on the weaker side cuz she's so fun. What I do with her is build her with more sustain and DPS since effectively one shotting is just not her thing

Klo pake ishar simpen skill 2 buat emergency klo di gank, skill 2 nya selain ngasih movement speed sama tambahan armor, klo ada furball dideketnya musuh bisa melayang, bisa tuh pake Flicker/ulti buat kabur atau lawan balik, jangan beli armor pierce beli magic power aja, percuma yang nyerang furball bukan ishar nya mending convert magic power buat HP&DMG furball, item wajibnya magic orb/buku Yasin 😂
