    I can't even tell you how helpful this is for my Grad Degree. I have a professor who is a very intelligent person, but because of that she oftentimes can't explain it to those of us who don't know squat in a coherent fashion. She simply knows too much to make it an easy class.

    And the MCV said, "These macrocytic blood cells are too big!" Then she look at the microcytic cells and said, "These cells are too small!" Finally, she looked at the normal cells and said, "These are just right!"

    great video, but the normal reticulocyte count ain't 3% (this is in the newborn), is 0.5-1.5% in adults.. cheers and keep it up!
