Make them as long as you want to, this old guy still loves to ride but would not do what you guys do, you all give me hours of enjoyment Thank you for the videos.
I have really enjoyed watching the videos , been to some of those places but sure make me want to try a few more this fall. Thank you guys for a great trip, feel like I've been right there.
The wife was sending it in this one, she stood that can-am straight up a couple times, don’t know SMOR but think they are awesome for letting y’all come in for y’all’s trip during closed time,, they are awesome, Videos are just right for me, if I don’t get it all watched at once, will always catch it that night😂
I can see a lot of long hours cleaning and maintenance on the machines am not in to rock climbing but that looks like alot fun am more of a mud hole rider looks like the camp grounds are a really nice place to camp love the videos
Get a haircut ya hippie! Very cool of the owners to let you in. Can sort of see attitudinal changes with nearing the end of the trip. Jesse just sending it, bottoming out probably wouldn't have happened on day 1 lol
You have to send it at smorr. There is no other way here lol. The rocks had zero traction so to get anywhere it took a send 🤣 the next couple videos get even better lol.
They drive them all the time off camera and around home. They have their own sxs now so we will be getting them in some vids. UA-cam is very strict in having children in videos that aren’t under 18 content so I chance the risk of having our channel deleted
Did y’all’s map system show the trails where you were around here? Mainly looking for Disney, byrds adventure, and rush springs ranch. Those are our 3 main riding places.
Hey man love the videos but I'm curious, when Sheris machine broke early in your trip how come you got another 64inch instead of stepping up to a 72? Do you find the 64's more capable or do you just ride alot of narrow trails?
The 64” is better for the riding we do, it’s more nimble, it can fit through the harder trails better, the biggest reason is it’s a stronger machine. The axles and suspension are much stronger than a 72”. The axles have less leverage because they are shorter in length. They are easier to wrangle when using momentum, the suspension isn’t as bouncy due to the travel and angle. There are lots of advantages of a 64 but no disadvantages for what we use them for.
My buddy was wondering why Scott cant just remove his diff at camp and separate housing , then drive out axle stub so he can replace with a good axle and then put it back together so he can ride the next day . Should only take 3 hrs or is the "Can Am Crew Diff' not serviceable?? Just dont make sense Scott is doing trip in 3 wd when its an easy fix
If you’ve watched the previous videos and have seen my previous reply’s you you you’ll know why, sorry but I’ve explained why we can’t about 9 times in the last 4 series of videos. Scott chose to not put the smart lok in because of the weak axles and he would break the first ride anyway. The stronger axles he has in can withstand more of a beating than 2 smart lok axles. The diff is fixed. It took 1 day of being home to get it done. We didn’t have a garage to our expense or tools to do it. We called 10 different garages and nobody could help us. If you didn’t watch any of the previous videos where I explained I will explain here, the axle clips that hold the axle in goes into a groove, we made our diff with a flat groove rather than a 45 degree relief cut. Turns out you need a relief cut so the clip will compress. Normally company’s don’t film and air their R&D but we do. We have nothing to hide, we now have the strongest diff internals on the market and everyone can get them soon for half the cost of any other aftermart diff. Thanks for watching 👊🏻🤙🏻
I would like to add that if you have a good understanding of how the smart-lok is made even if you would remove the side covers you can not get to where the axles spline into the diff. The axles have to be out of the diff before you can get the side covers off to get to the internals. You can unbolt the side covers but the axles will still be stuck in the internals. Our internals are designed the same way so the covers have to come off to service the diff. Creating something that no one has ever done is going to have a few bumps in the road. Honestly we did not have many bumps so I am very pleased with the process.

We definitely have some maintenance and cleaning to do. They’ve been rode hard and neglected lol. But still doing great.
Looks Crazy hard there! Nice place though & they let y'all in while closed🤯 That's Awesome of them. Great video Knarly trails. Loved it!!

Absolutely, we definitely noticed that haha
Well at least you’ll aways have a 12mm with ya 😂.
12mm That's Scott's new name on his machine LoL 🤣

Yeah that looks like a nice campsite.Jesse you could have let Copper and Emma drive your alls machines. Its been awhile since they've got to drive em.

@@TheCanAmCrew Well that's good to know that at least they get to drive around off camera and around your area.
Did y’all’s map system show the trails where you were around here?
Mainly looking for Disney, byrds adventure, and rush springs ranch. Those are our 3 main riding places.
Yes, our Disney map is the tracks we did from when we were there. We never rode byrds or rush springs though.
Rush springs ranch is really fun, just not a great place to film.
Should of swapped the guts of the axle out if the cup itself is good. Slide in the new parts and put the boot on.
The inner cv is what broke so it had to come out. Trust us we did everything that could be done with what we had to get the axle out.
If you were to do this trip again what parks Would you change and would hit again
If we did it again we would try to hit all new places.
I can’t believe you can’t weld something to Scott’s axle to get it out slide hammer or something
Nope, we tried everything, but it’s fixed now lol
Did you find a place that had a pork tenderloin sandwich yet ?
We did not.

@@TheCanAmCrew you stated when you got home you got it out, please explain how. Thanks for replying in
Would y’all be willing to do it again 😊
100%
Good video!
Thank you.
The bad trailer tire could be from a bearing issue (grease on the rim).
Be Safe:)
That grease was there since after we greased them before the trip. I made a mess with the grease then when we drove it slung it everywhere lol.
❤
That’s so weird why they are not opened during the week.
A lot of the places we went weren’t. For example. Indian mountain and Stoney lonesome aren’t open during the week either.
@@TheCanAmCrew I wonder why. I’m assuming because not enough customers show up to run the place.
Do you guys run stock exhaust?
Yes we do.
Scott has a hard time going anywhere with mental block of three wheel drive.
It’s also extremely hard to get around this place because of how slick the rocks and trails were.
14ply trailer tire.... nothing less, ever.
