I totally agree with you. I haven't seen devs reply in the game-lab for a while. For the current state of the game, it is totally unpleasant to play against overpowered tanks like Starlord, Demon, Dragon. Now they make your tanks in hangar look like they are made of papers. It is sad to say, but the balance is very low and the competitiveness of the game is so little now. Your skills can't compensate the gap for those have more resources.
If you remove its Commander Flag equipment, it is not as good as Phoenix. When you use Commander Flag equipment, it is extremely powerful when you play in support role to boost fire power of your teammates and add a layer of protection to them, especially when your opponents install equipment boosting fire power like Intensive Shooting on their tanks. I don't find its equipment Commander Flag much helpful when you play solo. It is still powerful but its impact is not high compare to when you play and use it to support your teammates. So it depends on the situation.
