Art Students Take Trip to New York City

Portage College Arts students, staff and faculty, travelled to New York for a highly educational and entertaining voyage.
Students put into practice David Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, a four-step learning process applied multiple times in every interaction and experience: Experience - Reflect - Think - Act. The cycle is natural and organic. People engage in it without realizing that they are learning. The process is effortless and is constantly transforming our lives.
This was Portage College's second international trip through the Global Skills Opportunity program.
