Hi Vittoria, You do not need to install eConsult. You just need to visit your GP practice website and then click on the eConsult banner, which should be visible near the top of the page. If you use the NHS App you can use eConsult from within that too. To start an eConsult you will need to choose if your request is medical or administrative and then answer the questions. Hi Shahin, If you need to contact your doctors you will either need to visit your own GP practice website and click on the eConsult banner, or visit: patients.econsult.health/ and search for your practice. You will then be asked questions based on your symptoms which will be sent to your surgery. If you are unable to use this, you will be able to phone them.
