Just used tip number two yesterday threw that compact jig with a 4” Yamamoto dt grub and BOOM!! Southern Ohio MONSTER! (New Profile Pic). Y’all have been a huge help over the years. Keep up the hard work gentlemen.
Thanks for all the great tips. I just found a strech of my river that isn't frozen yet. Just below the dam, lots of flowing water and hopefully hungry fish. Thanks for another one!
Good morning! Right around 3:28 that black and white with just the patch of blue in the sky makes an interesting picture/screen shot . One thing occurred to me this morning how faithful and dedicated you guys are. And also how reliant I am on seeing you with my first coffee of the day now for years. You are such a big part of my life and I suspect it’s that way with many people. God bless you and keep you and your families through this new year…
Fished reservoir in MD yesterday. Caught 19 in 43° water. Biggest of the day a 4.4# lm was caught in the first 5 minutes on a blade bait. Every other fish was caught dragging a creature bait off slow tapering points.
Love your refresher videos! You and Matt are both so knowledgeable in your fishing game that you help me unlock more and more of the puzzle as I go out and try what you present then hearing these cold water videos again helps me see where I could improve and why… thanks again 💯❤️
Good stuff! Thank you both for all your knowledge and experience. Looking forward to the New Year with you guys and all your years of hardwork and experience. Happy New Year.
Hey Tim Great video but how about using an 8inch magdraft versus the savage gear swimbait. And what are your thoughts on the Aftco hydronaughtgloves thinking about biting the bullet on them. Thank you sir
Was gonna jig and spoon today, forgot my spoons and broke the tip on the jig rod after about 5min. xD But the finisher (5) from berkly put a handfull of 40cm perche's (nice ones in my water) in the boat, fished it like a jigging spoon/bladeish, either smal pops or just slowly rais the rod like 3-4ft and then leting it fall. That bait really growing on me this winter, so much more then a ffs-bait to be honest. I dont even have a unit for it. :)
That savage gear rtf is fire. Have one carp colored for the big pond fsh. Usually go grey in lake but should try the carp. Love dead sticking a battles shad. And the armour shad sucks folks. No shimmy. Just huge tail thump. The damiki shad sucks too. Stay away from those if ya want bit.
Now that colder water has set in and my water is much clearer are shade lines at night under bright moonlight the same as shade lines under the sun? Obviously the new moon should be better in clear water but I want to increase my chances when it’s brighter out at night.
They’re on the TN river; which is absolutely enormous. I’m sure they have their ‘spots’ they frequent that they won’t release exact locations; but they fish all over the TNRV.
the best fishing channel on UA-cam and it’s not even close.
Agree and tj81 for tackle reiews

Thanks Tim, I'm a River fisherman till the reservoirs melt down. Time to go fishing in the dark.

Curious if your still trying to grow the Tactical family with regional anglers?
How you fish jigging spoon and flutter spoon in the winter ?
Just curious, what happened to the Champion??
Tim what action curado or expride for jerkbaits. I know its medium power 6 10 but is it moderate, fast or extra fast?
The one they always recommend is the Expride 6’10” medium moderate fast rod. Hope this answers your question.
What hoodie is that
Thanks again. Do you all ever say what lake you are fishing? I is that the ol’ fisherman’s top secret?

Number one problem is not being in Florida 🤫
Be icefishing hopefully for another month or two.
The old red championship
Unfortunately, nobody wrapped and put that new boat under my tree 😢
I fish from a paddle board so the gravest mistake I can make is falling in now haha
Just food for thought: if you fall in your dead. Is it really worth it. Thats up to the individual. Just keep that in mind. Bass ain't worth dying for
Just be careful i fish in my boat on lake Michigan in winter for lake trout you have to watch the weather carefully
L
You could literally say that with anything. You either live life or you sit around and die slowly.
