In order to make a taric penta you will need to go back to the strongest build of all: Lethal Tempo + Navori
lethal is sadly a shell of its former self, navori is such a cook though I should try to find a way to get it again... it just feels slightly good to just spam haste normally right now

in order to get a taric penta you must play shirtless w the taric cosplay, trust me worked for a friend of mine
that sounds like a winning strategy, I might try it. (This was a AI suggestion, but somehow fits so well)
