Turkish style no sugar healty biscuits recipe for your children
1 egg yolk
100 mg almond and hazelnut(mix)
2 tbl sp walnut
50 gr butter
3 tbl sp oat
3 tbl sp pekmez ( pekmez is a syrup produced from grape ( no alchol) it is so healty and helps to prevent anemia, it is source of ferritin.)
If you cant find pekmez you can use, honey, agave or marble syrup...
2 tbl sp corn flour
1 cup chapati flour or graham flour
1/2 tbl sp baking soda

It is called pekmez in turkey. Made by grape molasses
What’s chapati flour ? Can you use normal flour ?
Yes you can.
Baked in the oven under how much temperature?
Depends on your owen power I cooked at 180 C
Can I make without egg
I didnt try without egg but I think it should be otherwise becames cripsy .
