It is good to see Jonathan now talk with greater confidence than when he was in office. A lot of people now appreciate the former president more when they look at the mess created by Buhari. GEJ was a gentleman who was very inclusive in his administration, he implemented good economic policies and had a good rail transportation, albeit excluding his southeast. GEJ perhaps was not pressured to sack Ihejirika but he was an incredibly weak leader who perhaps sacked COAS to appease the north. All his policies were focused on the north as a means of appeasement to them. The same north ultimately stabbed GEJ on the back. Yes a good man but certainly a very weak leader who spent his time appeasing the north for validation that never happened.
Without developing the North in terms of human capital, Nigeria will never no peace.
