Let's build houses in small towns in the countryside with similar architectures. In places like Debre Birhan, old Atse Menilik's birth town, his first place, in northern Shewa mountain cottages, in semen wello (I saw beautiful paradises) all the way to near Bahir dar, Gonder etc.......Vacation homes FAR AWAY FROM ADDIS . My family lost 2 generation houses in the past decades..no more spending a penny.

I truly think you dont know the upper class of addis....this house can go for rent from 15-25k usd a month easily with small make over. its better to be the big fish in small thank than the many fish in a big thank!!.i had an uncle that sold a 2000 sq meter villa for 3 million usd 8 years ago!!in this area.

Yes nice house but 220m When a house cost more than 5year salary of a doctor in the country the doctor is working says the following
1- poor investment
2-must be in a country there is war (seller needs to relocate so aims high)
3-Ethiopia electricity Plumming water or any utility infrastructure is extremely poor so not worth it
3-2million gets me better in western world where they are no war and better resources
