Balloon Ban - Behind the News

Have you ever let a helium balloon drift off into the sky? Well, Zoos Victoria says that it's actually an incredibly dangerous thing to do because of the effect the popped balloon can have on birds, animals and sea creatures. So they are campaigning for balloons to be banned outside.
