Hello. Thank you for this informative video. Can you do a deep analysis of the tone and material quality of Mexico and USA Fenders, in particular, with respect to the jazz bass? I have a Mexico Player Series jazz bass and I am very happy with it. However, I have a minimal noise with some tones. Can this be fixed with noiseless pickups or a noise gate? The noise problem you have is most likely from your ground connection. Did you try it in a different environment (studio or a friends house)? It might be normal, depending on how intrusive it is but whatever you do, do not use a noise gate. They rarely solve any problems but kills your upper harmonic response all the time. Good luck!
