I wish the reality of this project and the builder gets exposed further so that more people do not fall prey to their tall claims!! Really sad to see no intervention by key government authorities against the builder but I hope that justice is delivered; not sure about the project 😢.
More than 12 years since it started and more than 7 years since Raheja has taken 90 % payment.

It will take another 2-3 years to be handed over for possession…..hardly 50 labours are working
Is the construction still going on or stoped by builder
Project is delayed since 2016 with over 99% of money collected from the buyers. Raheja needs to show some integrity to its investors instead of scamming them with single floor videos of one floor they have been working on and advertising as PROGRESS ! Raheja developers keep justifying that sewage link and electricity sub station have not been provided to them and hence the delay, but that does not justify why interior work is incomplete. If Raheja finishes the project it will be a great place to love in but till them buyers money has been locked up since 2011 !!
Raheja has duped us of our lives' savings in this project, with no intention or signs of completion ever. Despite multiple non bailable warrants and court sentences against the developer, authorities are refusing to take any action against the errant builder and has left us poor buyers to suffer endlessly
