Sir u were genuinely right from ur side , loose collar and cuffs spoil the shirt fitting as it is clearly seen in ur video that white shirt doesn’t look branded and stitched to ur size whereas that blue shirt u wore looks perfect ( Enhancing ur personality).
Formal shirts should mandatory have tight collars and cuffs as one can wear Blazer and Tie over it
This video is helpful for ppl to understand that always branded things are not the best
