I love the Night of the living dummy II book cover. Especially the innocence and thriller atmosphere tone that the book brings, it's amazing through and through! 10+/10 💯👍
One Day at Horrorland might honestly be my absolute favorite cover. I love it, and I have such fond memories of reading that book as a kid. I always loved that book and the episode. God bless! 🙏🏻
Actually Michael the "Be Careful What You Wish For" cover that you show in the video is by Tim Jacobus, the original cover was by a guy called Stanislaw Fernandes. Great Video!
Just to correct you on the Be Careful What You Wish For cover. The one you showed in the video was the reprint cover by Jacobus. The original cover was done by a different artist.
I have become irrationally angry at how low Beast from the East is. I actually searched for this video after seeing the low ranking it got in the story rankings and thought "Well certainly he really liked the cover" This one is one of my favorites.
i agree with night of the living dummy being the best cover. it’s just such a classic, and such a memorable cover that just beats the rest easily. i love the book, the episode, slappy in general is my favorite monster.
Thank you for this video, Michael. Up on my list just based off covers are the original covers for Night of the Living Dummy III, Why I'm Afraid of Bees, Be Careful What You Wish For, Cuckoo Clock of Doom and Bad Hare Day.
I've always thought the cover for Attack of the Jack O' Lanterns went unbelievably hard as a kid. It was ominous but also just really cool and perfectly captures the spirit of Trick or Treating.
As somebody who grew up soley with the original 62, those solid boarder reprints make me sick

No way you put 3 Slappy books in the top 10 🥴. Otherwise great list though.
My hairiest adventure book minds me the kid from Jumanji movie lol
Ghost Beach was the 1st book I ever read with my mom and Scarecrow Walks at Midnight😈
I decided to put my ranking here this time, cuz why not. Here's my ranking of the covers, put into some rough tiers.
"Put some eggs in your body...In your mouth. Anyways."
Great list, excellent ranking and keep being you, my friend.

The “Be Careful What You Wish For” cover that you showed is the Jacobus one.
