Thank God for guys like you who make these videos and entertaining us with all your experience fishing for these great fish🎣 this was a typical trip of Muskies being Muskies!
Thank you kindly.
Always enjoy watching the 3 amigos chasing
great coverage
THESE KINDS OF DAYS ARE THE DAYS WHEN I LEARN NEW THINGS ABOUT FISH.
I SOMETIMES SPEND HOURS WADING CASTING FOR ALLIGATOR GAR ONLY TO BE SURROUNDED BY THEM AS THEY SURFACE TO BREATHE.
I WILL TAKE IT!!!
KEEP ON KEEPIN’ ON!
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.
🦈☀💫🙂🐟🐊
“Give it are best odds” 😂 have been here long enough to see the original. Awesome videos guys! Keep up the good work!
Love seeing the hard work you guys do.Figured Mikie would pull one out of the hat.
Great stuff guys, definitely the reality of musky fishing just glad I haven’t been the only one struggling at times this summer.
It's real. Just saw ya on 54 or Bust. Nice
@@TodaysAngler that was an awesome day, but there were many tough days and heart breaks that lead up to that one that trip.
Just seeing the newish sweet baits, like the posiden and Medusas. Takes me back to my bro and I getting super excited just for a new color Suick Thriller! Don't see many ppl throwing them anymore. It might be so old it could be new again!?? Great video boys.
Nice. Thanks
Always give it your best odds!👍🏻
Nice video guys.
Hi Lee: you don’t have to answer this if it is to personal. I’ve subscribed for a long time and enjoyed every video. On July 13 I had a major heart attach. I know you went through the same thing. How long before you were able to hook up the boat, launch, retrieve, etc. The MDs are telling me I should wait about 6 weeks, give my cardio rehab a chance and maybe try the first week of Sept. Our cases are probably different, but I’m going into fishing withdrawal. Any info you are willing to share will be helpful. By the way this was still a great video even if the fish didn’t cooperate. Stay safe. God Bless!
Hi Larry, sorry to hear. Did you end up having surgery?
I had a double bypass on Jan 14th and hooked the boat up March 29 and drove to Florida Keys and was fighting tarpon in a couple days.
Big difference whether or not you had surgery obviously.
Take your meds.
@@TodaysAngler Thanks Lee. I did not have surgery, by now enjoy two new stents. They were able to unblock my main artery, which was 100% blocked “just” using stents. Your videos are always amazing, but being off the water they give me great enjoyment until I get back in the boat. Many thanks to you, Robbie, Mike, Heidi and others for making the world a better place. God Bless. (I will take my meds!)
Clear water has always been tuff for me. The fish seemed to be able to feel the surface and pull away as they got close. Maybe its that brand new white boat!!!!
I have to give you guys props for staying on it. By day two, I would have been using a crank bait and trolling.
Been a tough season- not enough wind blowing this year here
PS!
THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR THE FISHING WORLD!
You're welcome
You boys fish your asses off . Keep it coming
Looks like the muskies are still doing their part for the Dept of Tourism. See me but you can't catch me. 😮 You got a couple of nice fish
Could have been worse- thats for sure.
@TodaysAngler Hahaha, when it comes to muskie fishing, it can always get worse. 😢😃
Need more Mike!1
Where in Minnesota? It would be nice to know the lake where you are fishing.
We choose not to say in order to not bring additional pressure to a lake.
Sorry
Hey are you gonna go to the eagle river musky tournament aug 18 to the 20 in Wisconsin
Afraid not
I read a Tom Gelb piece on these bodies of water, crystal clear 'trout lake' sparse weeds/food. Fishing all day for one fish, that fish could be a 50" though. I'm from the UK and to just get a few days like that would almost do me, to land one though, dreams!
Time on the water
What lake are guys on
What lake are you on?
You guys need to go to LOTW!! Minnesota has become tough due to pressure I believe
We saw 1 other musky boat in 3 days
@@TodaysAngler trust me, you guys are too good …. that’s a lot of time fishing with little action. Although the 2 Lee caught on the flaptail at night was really good
looks like the narrows
Do you remommend the flap hd over the regular flap? Or what conditions do you look for with each bait?
I choose the size mostly based on chop and activity level of the fish. More chop bigger the lure. The HD size is a good all around but the regular size probably gets the most bites.
@TodaysAngler ok. What about metal vs non metal?
What lake is this? Almost looks like leech lake?
What lake is this? And also are you going to lake vermilion this year?
Not sure about V
You guys ever come to Eastern Kentucky I'll put you on some toothy critters
Same here in Southern Indiana, I've caught 13 in the last two years biggest 51in all from the bank at Bluegrass fwa
Been a lot of years
@@TodaysAngler the bigger the baits the better I throw homemade glidebaits up to 15in long and I slay em.. Nobody else does but nobody else will throw baits this big.
@@TodaysAngler I live literally right down the road from the pits. Come on down get ahold of me, I'll toss yall some baits and get on some fish. They are kinda retarded here.. Nobody else fishes for them like I do they show alot of interest in these baits and no bs it ain't hard to find em.. Peace ✌️ yall. Nice beard 🧔 Robbie.
Appreciate you showing all of our reality at times! Remedy this by heading to secret WI musky lakes filled with angry greenies!
Here to say that Steven Paul is still the illegitimate record holder in TN.
🤟
You guys have recently inspired me to try and start fishing for Muskie. I’m a walleye bass crappie guy. I’ve picked up some Lee lures and am wonder when if before the end of the season you will be doing more runs of baits in all colors? Or is a spring time batch through the season till next. Love your content and help for new anglers trying to learn.
Thanks. We build all year long but can only do so much. Just put up some regular flaps and 3 colors of Mini Boilers.
Your flap tails seem to generate some strikes. But they're never in stock!
You're killing me, Smalls😂
Got 4 or 5 colors in stock

Giving it your best odds is the only thing that matters.
Word
That a duramax swapped Burb?? Sheeeeesh
Yes- beast
MNice!
when they dont wanna eat why not try a sucker live that is Nice Perch Lee
Generally not a summertime practice but could work.
looks like Leech lake
Nope
first and best
Hey Lee,kinda hard to justify a 50 dollar bait if you gotta repair it every fish
First of all they are $69.99 not 50. I suppose you never had to bend a bucktail back after getting eaten?
