Satu je aku tak suka pandangan dia " masuk AJL tak pakai sijil " " boleh belajar sendiri bertanya " . Jika anda ada education in music ia akan lebih mudah nak arrange music , tahu ini tahu itu . podcast ni mcm berserabut. Mula2 dia nak tnya Asad pasal gen z and work life balance, lepastu bende tu x habis ulas lagi, dia terus jump pd statement Asad yg psl school a waste of time. Lepastu jap lgi dia tnya Asad what does he thinks of gen z yg gunakan mental illness as reason, tapi dia cerita bende lain, yg ada student dia marah sbb x pergi jmpa doctor betul2. Jump sana sini. Aku rse point dia x sampai, sbb dia bnyak sgt nak insert opinion at one time. I feel like this is Haze sayi g wht he thinks rather thana asking asad what he thinks

Technology doesnt make people weak. People just lazy to use the brain. We learn what, where, how, why, but Gen Z just skipped those and directly jump to the end. I worked in technology, most Gen Z has weak in communication, failed to deliver the core of the subject that they want to say. it mean by they fail to understand the problem.

so for the present generations, tua or muda, need to put RESPECT first among us la. if you do that, we all can achieve ACCEPTANCE between our different. btw, different is good. im a woman, unmarried, me myself works among the gen Z, although im the 87 baby, im 37 y/o sebab2 i tukar my kerja because of the pandemic yg who knows happened yg menyusahkan org tu (haha). for me as an older and wiser person, i always gave them chance to make their "mistake" because of their age now, sebab we know, kita pun pernah muda. and i just show them what its like to be 37 and unmarried, working with the gen Z, and show them young generation to not to be afraid to get into my age, because age is just a number. it's the LIFE EXPEREIENCE that you've been through to get to that age is matter. and at the same time jgn terlalu meninggi diri la senang cite sebab kau muda, semangat muda tu faham tapi jangan sombong. peace 😃
