From younger age group to adults, men in addition to women are deficient in Vitamin D (saying that in basis of their blood tests), also every other female we encounter, has low Hb. All these people make a significant chunk of our population. Our soils have been depleted of minerals (e.g Magnesium) due to inorganic farming methods. So I won't agree that we don't need multivitamins at all. Yes, local brands are not that good as foreign ones, but I have personally observed good results of supplements when used the right way.
Collagen is a good supplement, but it only helps people with old age skin and bones, and to thos people which lack protein in their diet. Baaki normally har bndey ke andar collagen naturally bnta hai, automatically, no need to take it from outside in the form of capsules.

Centrum, nature's bounty, nature made, kirland have same quality as the local Pakistani ones. There are the budget ones. So don't waste ur money buying them thinking they are of high quality. High quality supplements are from usana, Thorne research etc. They are high quality supplements. Centrum, nature bounty have the same quality as the multinational company multivitamins available in Pakistan
