    Guruji naman🙏 How do you learn and make these teaching materials and how long does it take for you to understand these concepts? How long do you study in a day? I am a mother and I am studying and working from home. I feel like I can do so much more than what I am now. But I get tired after doing deep work( meaning reading and writing) for 3-4 hours? I provide myself at least one hour in my breathing and meditative practices. I want to write a lot of books and be a lecturer. How do I reach my fullest potential? I am desperate 🙏🙏and become emotional when I see your dedication.

      I don't set goals...The deeper you move within, the more insights meet you without asking....Then it's upto me to manifest these insights into presentations or not....Living HERE AND NOW....moment by moment is the key !..........BE HAPPY !

    What is the correct process on doing meditation.every one tells to mediate. But no one tells the mechanism or what exactly meditation is. How can we understand are we meditating or just seating for pleasure.how to consider ourselves on correct path. Pls make a separate playlist on meditation. Bhagwan ka dhyan.

    Good morning Sir My son has been suffering from OCO at least for 12 years Took medicine as well as counselling for approximately 8 years Six months ago stopped taking medicine and focused on meditation. In last 3 months took minimum food and lost 10 15 kg weight He says I'm okay but Doctor says he is heading towards psychosis Bluntly denise to take medicine or to go Doctor What should I do ? Please guide me Sir

      if he FEELS healthy there's no problem . Doing without medicine maybe a good idea.

    Mai dhyan krna chahti hu. Pr hota hi nahi hai bilkul bhi.... Late k krti hu to per sun jate hai.. Kr hi nahi pati. Or beth k bhi nahi kr pati. 2 minute se jyada nahi beth pati. Or beth bhi jau to kuch nahi hota.. Bechani hone lgti hai bahut... Plss mujhe bahut need hai dhyan ki... Plss btaye ki mai kya kru..
