I think Poshmark shoukd go through and inactivate shops that the seller hasn't been on for a year or more. I feel like it's cluttering everyone's search result.

I just started reselling 2 months ago. Merch that were donated to me from family & friends l did a live unlisted show. Sold over 60+ items starting bids $3-$5. It was so fun & cleared out a lot of clutter in my master bedroom. 💕💓❤️🎉🤩🥳
Maybe toward the end you can offer people to bundle any four items under $25 for a a certain price. That way you're not giving away higher priced items that youmay want to hold onto. You can go through your inventory and reduce prices on items you want to purge.
I have done that before I did a 10/$30 sale on items that were marked $10 (I marked the items I wanted to sell this way at $10). Moved a lot of stale stuff during that promo

I only sell on FB Marketplace I have items kicking around that have been up for well over a year I get sick of looking at them so you have inspired me to have a sale. Thank You Lori!
Lori, congratulations! Rather than automatic OTL at your % discount by calendar week, you could run a bulk offer every couple of days where you run 30% on all items, 40%, etc, as back-to-back bulk offers. That way any new likers get the 30% off first, but people who already got the 30 would not receive the 40, and so on. Rebecca the Reseller has videos describing this method. Good luck! I think the resellers who watch you might buy those bundle boxes with the deep discounts, so you’d likely make more money than consignment if you end up forgoing consignment. Congrats on your success!
I find it amazing that you have 75 bins in your basement for your business. The house must be tremendous. Lot of the sellers talk about having storage units so of course easier for you and Tina to locate your items without leaving. Congrats on all the sales, keep up the good work.

Buy sell trade store are great to move items instead of selling them for 10$ especially if you are paying an employee
