Thanks for your review of the ATLAS! If your issue here is caused by the spacer touching the housing when not engaged, just drop down to the next size down spacer. Ideally, you'll want 1mm or so gap between the pad and the housing when the ATLAS is not engaged. Also, make sure the issue isn't just because the ATLAS is bolted down too tight. If it is, then plastic throttle tubes can be pinched slightly, resulting in drag. If this is the issue, loosen the bolt in very small increments until the throttle returns freely, but be sure not to make it so loose that the ATLAS wobbles on the tube.
