No security tab showing up when i click properties

Apply button is greyed out only lets me push ok

That's probably because you did not change anything in the dialogue box.
Immediately after you make changes in the dialogue box, the "Apply" button will be active for you to click.
WHAT TO DO:
Watch the video again and
Carefully follow my instructions in the video. When you make the changes I suggested, the "Apply" button comes up for you.

If Apply is greyed out, that because you have not changed anything in the box. Be sure you make exact changes as I advised in the video. The Apply button will be active for you.
