@Thanks Mr. Mohapatra. 1) Specifically for US patents there is USPTO just like Indian Patent Office. 2) Classification is available only with ESPACENET as it is its unique feature.

In India, you can only get Process or Product Patent. So if your TOY meets the patent criteria it can get the Product Patent. You can check my video on Patent Types & Patent Criteria on same.
