I am terminally ill and will soon be gone. I am so excited about returning home to the Spirit Realm. A place of breathtaking beauty, sublime peace, healing and joy. Most of all love, the meeting once again of loved ones passed on. I love the Earth and have been happy to experience life here but its been hard. I know i chose my life, for we all come here to learn, to grow, to teach and to love selflessly. My sadness is for the peoples of the Earth, in all their diversity. May we one day find peace, for all. 💜💜

But regardless, one could say that it is everyone's goal to live a happy life. After all, this life is all we got, and looking back on it we wanna say we had a good life, or at least that we made the best of it. We can't say this is the right path or this is the wrong path. But we can choose to walk along any path, without regret or what if's. Without being anxious about what might happen based on what already happened. Just be mindful, and make the best of this life you've been given. Do you, all the way, but be open and neutral towards knowledge and other's views and values. Emotions are simply a product of our thoughts and subconscious wiring. To be mindful means to be in control of your thoughts, and to realize when one is reacting based on pre-made connections within the brain, or based off of thoughts that sparked an emotional outburst. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Peder. I suffer from severe anxiety and chronic insomnia. I have tried everything possible and even some off the wall crazy methods to deal with these issues, all to no avail. I discovered this track about 6 months ago and it is the only thing that helps. For months I've been searching for the perfect meditation music. Through the overwhelming sea of UA-cam videos claiming to open this chakra or stimulate by using this or that hertz and so on, I was feeling so very down and lost in the sea. When I clicked on this music, it only took 3 seconds for my soul to light up. My entire body tingled and I felt like I was flying. I began to cry and laugh. Tears fell like a cleansing rain. It's amazing to me how people respond to this absolutely beautiful and soft music. I find that it is so calming that my mind seems to become relaxed to the point that I can focus totally on the sound and absorb practically every note that flows through my mind. What a wonderful experience! It is the sponge that wipes away the stressful events of my day. How beneficial can that be for not only my mind, but my body? This is soooo beautiful... it brought back so many memories especially the voice touched my soul I am missing my mom she used to sing a humming sound when I was a little girl when I get hurt she would come to my rescue. I have tried everything possible and even some off the wall crazy methods to deal with these issues, all to no avail. I discovered this track about 6 months ago and it is the only thing that helps. For months I've been searching for the perfect meditation music. Through the overwhelming sea of UA-cam videos claiming to open this chakra or stimulate by using this or that hertz and so on, I was feeling so very down and lost in the sea. When I clicked on this music, it only took 3 seconds for my soul to light up. My entire body tingled and I felt like I was flying. I began to cry and laugh. Tears fell like a cleansing rain. It's amazing to me how people respond to this absolutely beautiful and soft music. I find that it is so calming that my mind seems to become relaxed to the point that I can focus totally on the sound and absorb practically every note that flows through my mind. What a wonderful experience! It is the sponge that wipes away the stressful events of my day. How beneficial can that be for not only my mind, but my body? Our minds and are bodies are so intertwined that our very being depends on their duality. We are aware that we are alive! What a magnificent feeling!

This is soooo beautiful... it brought back so many memories especially the voice touched my soul I am missing my mom she used to sing a humming sound when I was a little girl when I get hurt she would come to my rescue. It’s been 30 years since I lost her and this music really made me cry. I can’t express more how beautiful this music is to me. It made me feel like I am home again.
