KDM 1015 drilling machine and the KBS 1051 band sawing machine

We would like to present to you our Drill-Saw-Line, consisting of the KDM drilling machine and the KBS 1051 band sawing machine. The machines are produced and assembled here in Germany at our headquarters in Lörrach, which means they are "made in Germany".
The machines are especially suitable for steel fabrication, steel service centers, commercial vehicle manufacturing, construction and machine manufacturing. The machines provide a very high level of automation, which allows you to achieve an efficient production process.
The drilling machine has three axis, on which drilling, milling, countersinking, thread cutting and marking are possible. With the drilling machine, it is possible to mark layouts on four axis onto the profile.
The installed autosorter gives the possibility to convey small parts in a fast and automated way. So an integrated, fast process flow is ensured. Additionally the machine is designed to ensure a high productivity with minimal downtime.
The software of the saw-drill-line "Profiline" features many intuitive user interfaces and provides easy data transfer and fast programming of required elements.
