Any attempt to stop or demand deletion of any recording can be classified as perverting the course of justice as it is an attempt at stopping the recording of evidence. Also a breach of article 6 of the Human Rights Act.

The remainder of Millenium Business Park to the west was fields then Steeton Dump Royal Ordnance Factory, most of the buildings repurposed by current businesses. The orchard land was redeveloped 1983-1984 as the Ohmeda Healthcare factory manufacturing medical respirator devices. The Ohmeda factory closed in 1996 and moved operations to US. From 1999-2004 the factory was partially converted to a bakery and part as offices and warehouse spaces for let. The bakery silos were added at that time. Much of the exterior looks same as the original elevation drawings in the 33 page planning document, planning history includes many reports and drawings of the factory and publicly available. The large car park was constructed on the greens of Steeton Hall. Separate from the business park, on the south end is the Steeton Hall hotel and restaurant and a nursing care home. The Acorn Stairs wing at the rear was part of the original factory building. On the west side of Steeton is Airedale General Hospital campus which may have influenced Ohmeda's selection for a factory site.
