my parents are divorced, and i lived with my mom. when i came out to them, my dad said "your mom didn't give you all the tools in the toolbox of life." it's nice to finally know what he was talking about.

I am so bad at putting tools back in my finances tool box. He gets so mad. I, however know where everything is. It's not in the tool box but at least I know where to find things!
We should chat. I can describe in more detail most of the tools in your toolbox. For example, the screwdriver from your dad you described as square, actually takes ¼" drive sockets.
The small square one she got for 75¢ is a Robertson. The one from her dad with the smokey handle is a ¼" driver for sockets. I know she doesn't care what they are called but knowing what they are used for is nice to know.
Not pertaining to this video, but did anyone see Eamonn Holmes on This Morning today re the ASMR segment? I love Eamonn but he was incredibly dismissive and unaccepting of ASMR, and he has now been criticized by a newspaper for his rudeness. Shame on him!
He is a complete idiot if it's not to do with football he is not interested he has been rude with other people before on other subjects I did watch this morning all he did was raise his eyes all the time if he is not interested he will just take the piss
He's dismissive about anything he doesn't understand or like so I am not surprised. Sophie is such a sweetheart so I hope he steps on a big pile of Lego.

I use an old cosmetics trunk/caddy for my tool box. It is pink and sparkly so I might have to rename it 'Charity's tool box'!

That second screw driver with the square end is so you can put sockets on it.

The square screw driver is probably used for sockets in a socket set.
I found out that it's a Robertson screwdriver from Canada.
Yes the 75¢ one is a Robertson. The one with Smokey handle is a ¼" socket driver.
