My computer seems to just hate me because what I did was downloaded this file and my computer thought it was a virus so it blocked it then I change my computers ScanWithAntiVirus settings from 3 to 1 change is the lowest yet even though I could download it my computer did not let me drag it anywhere and still sending me notifications about that it was a virus.
