great sound!
i like that turbo whistle...great video
Ich liebe den Sound😍❤️ Klingt besser als der V8 Scania😍
13:05 you jumped the red!
well it's a truck it's unlikely to stop in that distance but still :P
Glad you noticed :P I know I didn't stop there, but it was a stupid timing anyway. I could've slammed the brakes as soon as I saw the amber light or just keep on driving. It's not like I endangered anyone, so I decided to keep on going.
The best sound :))
So Pleasant Drive! I could watch this for hours :)
I know im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a trick to get back into an instagram account?
I was dumb lost my account password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@Phoenix Koa Instablaster =)
@Conrad Xzavier i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm trying it out now.
Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Conrad Xzavier it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my ass !
@Phoenix Koa No problem =)
I love engine sound on IVECO :)
awesome videos, keep going! :))
Thanks! I will try to keep them coming, but trucking is just a hobby and not my profession. So there won't be videos on a regular basis.
Thanks for stepping by, I've got some other truck videos (also from the Swiss Army) on my channel if you're interested.
Nice turbosound!
There are nicer, more expensive, more powerful and more luxurious trucks out there, but I just love Iveco's turbo whistle.
@@eMMjunaYschion I saw yesterday Iveco truck without trailers and engine sound came to me so different and searched Iveco video on youtube and found this video :) realy amazing turbo whistle.. not a fan this truck but I liked it... Thanks
Glad you liked it! The sound was recorded separately with a good quality recorder. That surely helps the turbo stand out more
Very cool Video. Love the sound and the turbo whistle. 12:58 Looks very professional. Before that video, i saw one of these trucks in the city an heard this sound. So i was looking for this model and found this. From the design, i didn’t really like the Iveco Stralis but more i watch this video, the more i like it. Do you still drive the Iveco to this day?
💪 Fortza
Nice video i like pov drive , are you going to do others? Thank you
When I get to drive a truck again I willl film. But it is not my profession, so it might take months until the next video.
Nice ets4
What does it means that yellow T blinking in the left speedometer?
The blinking T is the digital tachometer
Nice video, is the truck from yourself did you bought it?
It belongs to the Swiss army
Is that engine check alert on the gauge?
No, the Tachometer is missing a driver's card. It's not needed in the army
What type of gearbox does this truck have? From the sounds it seems it has an automated manual gearbox (but not automatic like Allison).
That's exactly what it has. I don't know who the manufacturer is, though.
@@eMMjunaYschion Thanks
Why is the traction control so often?
Where? The blinking T is the digital tachometer.
eMMjunaYschion I didn't realize it was a blinking T, I just figured it was TC because I have never seen any other blinking lights on the dash except the engine light.
Why does it blink like that?
Trucks legally require either an analog tachometer disc or a digital card to write information on. This truck is of a newer generation and therefore has a digital tachometer. But I did not have and did not need a card for this specific trip, long story short: It shows me that I am doing something illegal when I'm driving without a card. But after 1 minute into the trip, I didn't even notice it anymore.
I want to drive in switzerland
I pass trough switzerland tl go on italy
I started driving school for trucks germany
You know it's an Iveco because the engine light is on, haha!
They tend to be whiney, but still run, so for my part they're fine. The main reason for these trucks is their value for the price and no need to buy special tools for service. Just use standard tools and you'll be fine.
eMMjunaYschion Are you a truck mechanic? The engines seem to fine on them but the general build quality doesn't seem to be that good. Also like all Italian engineered vehicles they tend to have all sorts of electronic and sensoring issues. They are way less durable and just rattle and squeek like hell.
No mechanic, trucking is just a hobby. I drive them from time to time, that's all. It's right what you're saying, they have their flaws, but the arguments I listed above were the top priority arguments for our army to buy Ivecos, where I mostly drive them and where I learned to drive trucks. The truck itself is cheaper, no special toolkits needed, easy to maintain. But the build quality, well...
eMMjunaYschion The Swiss army has to buy them because quite a few parts in them are made in Switzerland and therefor they have to support the local economy and its workforce.
I don't know how many parts of a Iveco are made in Switzerland, but the rest is not exactly true. The government and public companies (like SBB and Post) are obliged to sign the cheapest offer with the best value. If Merc or Scania could offer cheaper and include the special tools for free, they would've been bought (and I would've been super excited to drive them during my army service ;-) )
What is the sound at 8:08 ? The exhaust retarder ?
Yep
Nice sound !
No highway wtf 2lane road or single lane road
So?
@@eMMjunaYschion is there no 4 lane or 6 lane highway in Switzerland ?? Tell me if not then India is better than swizerland and we also have Kashmir which is more beautiful than swizerland visit India one time I am sure you will be happy by our hospitality
Why exactly would a 6 lane highway make india better? Our air is much cleaner, while your traffic is a mess. To answer your question, no, there are no highways with more than 4 lanes anywhere in Switzerland. And that is perfectly fine.
@@eMMjunaYschion okk it's mean swizerland have 4 lane highway that's good I ask question bcz I am being there in August for study Soo
THANKS for ANSWERING
iveco seems using DAF's engine
No, iveco uses their engines (cursor)
Iveco is actualy a spaghetti DAF
