- We visited Biryani by choice in Lajpat Nagar. This was the cleanest cloud kitchen. We tried their boneless chicken biryani and Dilli wala korma.

According to the latest research.. the Virus particles can NOT stay on cooked food for even a few minutes.. let alone a few hours. Google for any case across any nation.. where the primary vector of transmission is food. You will realize what I am saying is correct

Give them a surprise visit without knowing who you are, notice the kitchen & staff, does they still maintain the same standard with no cameras around. Sir after looking at your video I tried their Boneless chicken biryani last evening. I must say sir what a hidden Gem this place is . I have never had such a beautiful cooked biryani in a long time .
Absolut 7 stars to this place and owners impecible hygine and warmth in service . I was eating jn my car and chef came specially to check if everything was fine . These are some small gestures and personal touch which wins you over . And food was marvellous well balanced flavor and moist biryani will definitely reccomend and visit multiple times
Video started with the showing that they are using almost all things different for veg and non veg.
But after mid of the video Rice and oven both were common for both.
These was my personal observation not the criticise.
But I love you work and whole hard work 😋
in oven there are two racks one for veg and another for non veg. also even if they use one oven the biryani is sealed. thank you for appreciating bro 👍

@hmm! Please see the video again as when he was making the no veg biryani, while putting the rice you can see the spice or masala was on his left thumb, this means the veg & nonveg sometimes do gets mixed through rice as you said they change regularly the gloves thats alao impossible
