I would like to advise you not to sieve the atta as it contains fibre which is good for digestion may be initially you will feel it very course but when you get used to it nothing like that. All my blessings to you and your family dear and God bless you all. I too felt about Aleena's first day at school how it would be. As a mother even I would be uncomfortable but when she came smiling and said the school is good I too felt better. Sorry my comment became a little lengthy. All the Best dear !!!! While rolling puris don't use atta as it spoils oil. Add oil when atta is kneaded well n knead adding oil. We use only atta while preparing puris.
