I highly doubt Davante wants the play in Arthur Smith's system. It's run-heavy, 13 and 21 personnel. He is going to blocking alot. Receivers like him don' thrive in a system like ours.

Okay no one liked my Fields for Adams trade. But let’s pretend Tomlin gets over his crush on Russell Wilson. What if Pittsburgh sends two first round picks & a second to the Jets for Garrett Wilson? Wilson & Rodgers don’t seem to get along. Wilson took a passive aggressive shot at the Jets offense & QB on a podcast this week. If Jets get Adams, maybe they be willing to trade Wilson who doesn’t fit their scheme. Rodgers knows Lazard & Adams. He is clicking with Mike Williams, so maybe Wilson becomes a distraction for a win now team.

@@perryellis1423 100% I am not a Steelers fan. I am a Justin Fields fan. I don’t think being in an organization that will bench him because of bad plays or bad games is healthy. I watch starting QBs every Sunday have a bad game & their job is not in jeopardy. Fields had 3 negative play but also 3tds & 362yrds. Stats in the top 5 of QBs and overall top 15. But it’s not good enough for Tomlin. Fields needs to be somewhere that his coach & fanbase believe in him. The main guy of this podcast, made a video arguing that Wilson’s probably going to start next week.

It looks like Tomlin is going to go with Wilson at some point. I believe he thinks it’s a multiple year thing with Wilson. Steelers should trade Fields and a 3rd for Adams. I think once Fields is benched, Fields time in Pittsburgh is over. Might as well get something for Fields and allow him to go to an organization that wants him.
