My daily is Longines Skin Diver. I've worn it 90% of the time for 18 months. My job has me banging it on metal shelving. There are no visible scratches on it. The strap still feels great and isn't showing wear. It may lose a minute every 2-3 months. I wear it in the steam room and pool. Awesome Awesome watch. I just wish it had stronger lume.

Agree. Just shorten the lugs a little.

this has more character than any of the big fancy brands and i would trust it 85% more to keep accurate time as well.

Old or new, I’d love one. I dig legible tanks - beautiful.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful video Bruce, the watch looks so great in that leather strap and have a Panerai shadow on it.👍

This would pair well with a classic bike - like a Triumph.

The addition of the big fat rounded coin edge bezel, on the outside of the polished bezel, makes the watch fatter around the middle, ruining it vs the clean, slim look of the original. Polished or coin edge - pick one. No need for both.

Tried this on a few weeks back. My girlfriend and agreed, this belongs on my list. May do instead of the Big Pilot 43 for my big boy Pilot style piece. Love that bezel!

I'm leaning this way too. Those big pilots are amazing but not many deals to be found

@BruceWilliams right? The BP 43 at nearly 9k (stap) is a lot to ask but looks the business!!!

I liked the watch on first impression but the original looks perfect imo. This one is a bit too fat but definitely not ugly.

    Hi Bruce
I'm really drawn to this watch but have not been able to try it on in the metal.
I've been in numerios ADs but it seems no one stocks iit in the UK.
When I was in Dubai at the Mall I went into Longines and as usual,no one in the shop new what I was talking about.
I asked about this watch at Gatwick Airport and the sales person had to google the watch.
If I was to consolidate my watches I would deffo buy this and a Plo Prof.
    Thank you

So this came after the Rolex then this is a clear copy but I guess big brands are allowed to copy each other without any issues it's just when small Brands copy then then it's a problem

Chinese brand Hruodland makes better looking homage (F018) than Longines itself. It has original style cathedral hands, original case size and omits the quite useless rotating bezel.
