Worked this ride for 9 summers. Summers got crazy. We would all take turns working the tension station ( the side outside the park). Many years ago you could get off, have dinner at the Atlantis restaurant and return to the park. It is a relaxing ride.

This was closed when I visited. It was a stormy day which was the reason. Looks like a good relaxing ride.

Are you going to make a tour of Seaworld? Seaworld San Diego is one of my most favorite park. Also can you do viseo on magic mountain.

1967 Von Roll Skyride. 1 of 11 left in the USA. Only one that goes over a body of salt water. .Very rare ride.

if you visit this park and drink beer, be sure to buy Stone IPA which is made near San Diego. Do not buy the In-Bev Shocktop brand. I don't know why this park even sells it.

First time I ever got drunk was on a high school field trip to Sea World. My buddy and I snuck away from the group, and went to the Mexican Restaurant at the east end of the Skyride and pounded about 4 margaritas each. The servers were bored to tears because it was a rainy day. I think we each had about $5 in our pockets. It was right about then that our teachers walked in and realized they were in as much trouble as we were, and decided to say nothing. The servers, all beautiful girls in their twenties, treated us like rockstars. Best day ever.
