Don’t mention it was a psychiatric ward.
Actually didn’t know that, that’s cool. Wouldn’t mind getting haunted by some cute 1940s crazy ghosts
You didn’t know…lol
A great hideous monument to one of biggest problems in Perth - low housing density (properties too large) which drives prices way up closer to the city and forces many people to live absurdly far away.
Beautiful. ;)
my dad used to live here, he had schizophrenia and delusions of grandeur
Delusions of grandeur are a requirement for the buyer.

It's for people who regularly have to entertain executives and high net wealth individuals. It's not really supposed to be comfortable.
30 million? hahahahaha

Too bad its in Perth. Premium price to live with trash.
Trash? Very few Trump supporters here so it's quite nice, clean air, white sand beaches etc. Not sure what you're looking at but certainly not Perth.
@@Tom-q5d Wtf Trump supporters? Why would we care about American politics? Not sure where your head is but it's certainly not Perth.
Perth is in my top 3 cities in Australia to live after Sydney & GC. If it wasn’t so isolated it’d be top tier imo
