@@GUCKII i think that one of the ways that you could actually do this would actually be to write a program in c# and intentionally create dialogs and throw errors. You could just feed it a simple midi file with what you wanted to be played (like the beat) and it should be able to just produce something like this without much effort. That's how i would go about it. He could have also just manually essentially created windows like that and added the sounds after the fact.
