You are using the term third world countries it doesn’t mean they are underdeveloped. The term first second and third world countries was coined during Cold War between NATO and Russia and its allies. Synonyms for developed countries- emerged markets, advanced economies, developed nations, developed economies.
Irrespective of the steps that have been taken by governments of developed nations to improve the healthcare system, the normal healthy level of its citizens are deteriorating. Negligence and the availability of junk food are the probable reasons why this is happening. Increased costs on healthcare and are effects with long-term impact.

Can we write this reason Although government is providing health care insurance in developed countries, most of the ppl are not covered by it, only those who contribute to tax payment so te overall standard is declining in these countries. Pls let e know

hello Madam, I am just a little bet confused should not we have to write the effects of causes we mentioned !!! or we can do the same things you did here ,for example you did not write the effects of stress (the cause 2) you did use the cost of living as one of the effects.
