    What is the point of any of this.
    The inventory of this society is so big that it will never turn a profit, I wasted my hard earned money from 2018 or something and still waited for this to be completed.
    They leave things half way and ask for development charges, don't own the land they sell.
    They don't care about the initial plot holders who stuck with them for so many years, its like a soft genocide of people who invested in this scam society.
    This project is worthless and made me faithless in the property sector of Pakistan but at least made me understand the math.

      As a contractor,I agree, same scenario we r facing. But the whole country is in worst situation. Same hard earned money, brother. Let's hope for the best.

    Money making scheme continues. Unfortunately, not even one sector delivered properly with facilities, continuing in creating new sectors to lure people into to generate continuous cash flows. Have to probably wait for another 5 years at least in overseas central with such slow development or none development.

      I agree. As a contractor we r facing the same problem. But hope for the best. This is due to the worst scenario our country is facing.

    Firstly, 400-foot-wide road is a colossal waste of resources. Secondly, far from city centres, why would anyone choose such a remote location for settlement. realtors misleading potential buyers, these societies are traps

      400 feet road is the basic need due to the planned strutcher of high rise building needs and secondly 10-15 years from it'll be the new city center dha gandhara and capital smart city owns land overall then down town actual isb
