In my opinion the Gearing is a very good all around Destroyer. Good guns and good torpedoes. Able to do just about everything. The Shimakaze is a torpedo boat. Great at stealth torping with powerful torpedoes that do massive damage. Very different play styles.
@@m-rod_games For me personally I’m not one to sneak around slinging stealth torpedoes. I prefer to be right in the middle of the fight challenging caps and pushing the battle. Because of that I like the Gearing. It fits my play style better. With that being said I would love to have a Shimakaze sometimes, it is maybe the most powerful DD in the game and is feared by BB players everywhere.
im playing both World of warship legends and Blitz..both games are unique on their own.. Blitz was fast paced while Legends are more challenging which each games can last for 15 minutes. smokes on Blitz can only last less than a Minute at maximum while in legends smokes can last upto two minutes.. Sonar in Blitz last for 30 seconds atleast while i legends Sonar last upto 2 minutes at maximum on some ships. there's also ramming damage on legends.. i already had Napoli, Yamato,CC and Scheiffen .. still i keep coming back to Blitz cause there's no world chat in Legends ans there's no way to add friend there

I've never played a destroyer, I'm hesitating between Shimakaze 🇯🇵 and Gearing 🇺🇸 for my first time! Which one do you recommend?
