Out of my 3 12 yr old rescues, my girl Etta sleeps with me every night, the 2 boys take shifts. Each night when I come to bed though, all 3 come in as if to say good night & get some pets ❤ to Buster, my elderly Mum (almost 85 & now bedridden) she is his person in a BIG way 🥺 he sits with her for every meal & every night he sleeps with her. James also will come in during the night & sleep with me. I'm so blessed with them. I rescued them at the absolute worst time in my life & in turn they saved it. ❤
Sometimes. I have 2 cats, they heat-mooch the bed. They come and go at their mood. One loves to sleep on top of the armoire (on his pillow)so he can see the room. They like an early breakfast so they like to make sure I’m up to feed them at 0400!
At age 72 and after 3 kids and a 40-year marriage I found myself divorced. I moved 2000 miles away and bought a 36' camper to live in but I was a bit lonely. I adopted 2 3-month old feral kittens which I named Nadine and Shariff. They hid in the closet at first and wouldn't come near me. After a few weeks they started jumping up on my lap. Now, a month later they sleep with me at night. I must bust out laughing 10 times a day at their antics. They are bringing me so much joy and I don't feel at all lonely anymore.
Why would you make a video of facts to be consumed by people across the world but only use imperial temperatures? 😂😂😂 pointless for anyone outside the Us!!!
Congrats on having the strength, health and the will-power to fight on. But what would you change if you won a half million bucks on the lottery? Paul G
My cats have a whole sleep routine around me. When I go to sleep they have a set of steps they go through every night. Face rubs, cuddles, and belly rubs and then they curl up next to me and we all sleep together. I love them so
I rescued my cat after she was abandoned in a shopping center parking lot in the evening. She held onto my arm with her head pressed into my bicep every night for many years. She still sleeps beside me but usually reaches out with a paw to make contact to make sure I am there. I saw a show on big cats in Africa and lions do pretty much the same thing.
My cat is currently on my lap, I love it. He hid the first month after I adopted him. The fact that he trusts me and likes to sleep near me makes me happy 😊
There's nothing more endearing than a cat's love...Cats ARE NOT like dogs....When a cat loves you it's because they trust you, and with cats, it's because YOU'VE EARNED their trust. That says A LOT about YOU, the cat owner/parent. 💗
Shelby has to sleep right next to my head on the same pillow every night. At bed time, I use a fairly long pillow, and lay my head down on the one side of it. Then Shelby climbs up onto the other side, and starts purring like a little motorcycle for like 20 minutes. There’s no better way to fall asleep than to the sound and feel of a cats pur as you drift away into sleep.
My kieko does the same thing. She is adorable. Honestly she has helped me a lot coping with anxiety. I used to feel so alone but now I have my feline baby and I feel so grateful ❤🪬
My sister adopted a cat for herself but somehow the cat became very attached to me. She would follow me everywhere, lay on me every chance she got, meow loudly if I closed my door without letting her in. Eventually I became like the sole caretaker of her and my sister basically gave her to me and now shes my cat and sleeps on top of me every night and is within like 5 feet of me at all times lol when I move away shes coming with me. I’m not sure why she took to me so strongly because I wasn’t the one who saved her from the shelter or even took care of her for the first few months after she was adopted but she became so attached to me that my sister just let me have her. Six years later shes still my bestie and I would die for her :)
I believe cats pick their human, I was in the Air Force and a cat was at the firing range, he was a white with gray stripes and tail Turkish Van type cat he would only come for me, he was around 12 weeks old when the vet checked him out I had him for 17 years after that when I retired and moved to California he went with me.
Had a dude-cat named Dickens. He was in every way the lazy tom, and always slept with me. Always walked around like he was listening to jazz music only he could hear. Best cat ever.
When I was growing up my Mom's cat had a calico Manx kitten and she named her Betsy it was 1976 in honor of Betsy Ross, Betsy bonded with me from day one, I fed her and played with her, she slept with me all the time in fact if I stayed up past my normal bed time she would go to my room and then come out and look at me as if to tell me "Its bed time" then she would go back to bed and then come and get me again. My Mom laughed about it "Your cat says its bedtime"
My cat chose me when she was 7 weeks old. I went to a person's house and she just saw me, meowed and tried to climb me. I picked her up and that was that. 9 years latter she is the apple of my eye...and yes, she sleeps with me almost every night.
My baby has slept on top of me since she was weeks old and until this day 5yrs later. I love her so much. She's the best cat. She fetches, talks ,comes when called , listens and is very affectionate. She also follows me everywhere I go and she does the same with my teenage son . I've had 2 ragdolls that were the absolute best cats to have . But I love all animals & my fluffy tabby is such a little angel. ❤ God bless you all and your furry friends.
Naww I love cat people ❤ I have a boy half ragdoll, he's got such personality, and at 3yrs old now, he's a smoochy floppy boy. He's so loved, bless our pets for bringing such Joy
I actually got my boy for my autistic son when he was struggling. He like yours plays fetch LoL he even gets the zoomies n does skids on kitchen mat every morning 😅
Before my cat passed away and when my son was in bed, he'd always chill on the sofa with me, or sleep on my lap/desk when I'd be gaming, and when my son was awake, he'd do the same with him. He was such a good boy, and I miss the shit out of him, lol.
I have 2 tabby brothers. They're one year in a half. When babies, the two slept with me all night. Now only one sleeps with us. But in the morning both of them are asleep with me and when I just go take a nap. They're both asleep with me, and when I'm watching TV, the one who sleeps with me is sleeping next to me.Later, the other one comes to lay by me. My babies are so spoiled with me. The young one is the one who's sleeps with me. But they're always around me where I'm at. They are just following me. They know when treat time and dinner time is, let me know what time it is. I LOVE❤ my babies so much, my spoiled BRATS.❤❤❤❤🐈🐈
I have a tuxedo that has to sleep under the blankets next to my neck. He insists under the covers so I pull it over him when he sleeps on my arm and he stays that way until morning.
I got my cat, Rufus, from a shelter. He waits patiently for me to settle in (I have to put in my cpap mask, chapstick, and occasionally my earbuds) Then he either lies on top of me, or next to me, and purrs til we fall asleep 😺💤🙂💤
Both our boys sleep with us. Not every single night. . .but most nights. Sometimes they split the difference, and we get a cat each. . .sometimes they choose to snuggle up with one person who then has to deal with two cats taking up ALL their leg room through the night. We love that they sleep with us. Would never have it any other way.
Citrine has been sleeping at my feet since day one, 2 years ago. But she only just started to snuggle up to my side recently. It’s gotten colder lately😂 and it’s a lot warmer under the blankets right next to me! She’s such a sweetheart! I discovered that she was actually waiting for an ‘invite’ to get closer!❤
Hi @springtwig1150: The same thing has happened to me with my Kitty. She always sleeps my feet, then moved up to the side of my leg, then to the side of my stomach, and last night next to my head, with her head laying on my hand. I loved it and was so happy, but I think you may be right; it is getting colder at night.
I got my babies used to being moved when they were sleeping (usually to swaddle them or to scoot them over) so when they slept with me on the bed, I just moved them into the crook of my arm under the covers and they never looked back. Now they know they can just burrow in next to me when they are sleepy (which somehow happens to be exactly when I am).
My cat just lays in my arms and purrs me to sleep I actually can say I fall asleep almost immediately too she’s the best white noise. I can’t sleep now without her I toss and turn..🐈⬛
Omgggg this warms my heart. My 8 month old baby Grey sleeps with me all of the time. I was worried he may have sensed something was wrong with my health or something. Now I know, he just loves his mama. 😻🥰
I adopted an 11 year old cat, she jumps on the bed when I'm going to sleep, but doesn't stay long, possibly because I move too much and/or she previously wasn't allowed. She loves making biscuits on my blanket 😻 She responds to words like sleep and bed time, and seems to sleep in different places (her comfy carrier in the bedroom, a perch in the office, possibly an open wardrobe)
I am familiar with this experience, I try to tell myself I am wearing a self-heating luxurious fur hat as I drift away to dreamland… it is very cold here in northwest England and so I am grateful for my “hat.”
My wife complains about cats sleeping across her neck...but not to me. Cats want to keep her warm...I have face and neck fur, ie a beard so that they just sleep nearby and not on me.
My Taylor Tot (female but named after James Taylor) sleeps with me. If it takes her a little to come to bed, I can't actually go to sleep until she is with me. ❤
we adopted a kitten from a local shelter and from the very first night, he has slept with us. Often moving from me to my wife and back again. He seems to be a good equal oppurtunity snuggler
Every morning at about 4am, my brown tabby jumps on the bed and marches straight to me where he curls up on top of me and promptly falls asleep. We adopted him 3 years ago from a shelter and he hasn't missed a night since!
My cat loves to sleep on top of me, and keeps me very warn and doesnt like it if i stay up all night. Likewise if in ill and in bed, i have found her sitting up next to me, watching over me with deep concern...thank you 😊
My Cat is my guardian, I have a strong lowered immune system due to several health issues, and she follows me everywhere I go... She sleeps next to my pillow and wakes me up a couple of times during the night by putting her face into mine. I have a sleeping disorder (Apneu) combined with COPD Cats are really amazing
My cat used to fell asleep next to me. Providing warmth to each other. And in the morning he was always on the couch waiting for me to wake up and he always said hello. He let me rubbed his belly. We were so close. I miss him so much
All the cats that i've had, have slept with me. My present cat, Aura, is the exception, she pays visits during the night but never stays. I've had her 4 months, hopefully she'll change
I brought home 2 rescues about 18 months ago. At first Loki, a tuxedo, would sleep in my bed by my feet but I move too much so he found it safer to sleep mid bed. That lasted only a few months before Phantom, solid black, took over the bed. She sleeps on top of me and occasionally allows Loki to join us. Both however share the bed when I'm not there.😊
I had a Loki. He's gone. I love him dearly. Leah and Bixby head bunt his videos. I named Leah and Loki from the Kid Loki comic series. Bixby is Leah's Son
I love that my cat sleeps with me and I hope we can keep it together in our lives. Yup, I am really glad he is around me all the time and I hope we can keep it together.❣️😍
My sweet Gypsy Rose seems to wait w/enthusiastic purrs, every time I crawl into bed, to join me, UNDER the covers😻 She curls into my tummy, like a warm cinnamon bun! Her ultimate treat I believe, is the soft, gentle scratches and massages, I give her. Thank you for your comfort Gypsy and I know, you too, feel safe with me. Sweet dreams my precious "fur-baby!"
We did let out cat sleep with us but she enjoyed chewing the bedding rather than the warmth. She even took a shine for eating the wallpaper in the bedroom.
I’m often squashed into the top-right quadrant of my bed because my three cats have each staked their claim on a corner. 😂 Not such a problem for the “bookends” - my matched pair of black-and-white brothers - but the third cat is the size of a small goat. As one delivery driver described him.
I have a similar situation. It's daft but I don't want to upset the cat (usually Jasper) who is snuggled right next to me (he's a mummy's boy) by moving either myself or the cat. Consequently I end up with back ache and a bad night's sleep as I want to turn over but daren't. I end up at the edge of the bed with Jasper next to me and Otto at the end in the way of my feet. Morag, Jasper's sister will be on a blanket in the wardrobe or in a basket on top of the wardrobe. It's funny how we can make ourselves really uncomfortable with no bed space, where the cat/s have managed to commandeer a nice bit of prime bed space. All 3 are so loved.
Brought home a 9 month old rescue tabby a couple weeks ago, he spent two months in a cage, unknown months on the street before that. On night one we were shocked to find him contentedly sleeping in our bed.
15 years ago a feral munchkin cat adopted me. She used to come to my back door and I fed her. 15 years late she still here and she has trained me well. She made my house hers. lol
My babies are Siberian and we are all hot sleepers. They sleep with me, but very seldom , on me. I do go to a special place to meditate (out of the house) and I take my cat Sunshine. He stays next to me during, but as I come back he often sits on my chest looking down at me. Then we have a love fest rubbing our cheeks. After 6 decades of allergies it’s so wonderful to not get sick.
I rescued an approx. one to two-year-old cat, that was found abandoned and pregnant (probably dumped shortly after it was born). I've had her 6 months now, she's been sleeping with me every single night since day one and is the sweetest. We're inseparable. She never gets angry, never brakes anything, never climbs on anything other than the bed and couch, never scratches a furniture other than her tree, she never scratches me accidentally or on purpose, even while playing, she never bites, never begs for food and loves belly rubs... She's absolutely purrfect! She follows me everywhere. We even take walks together, she follows me like a dog without a leach, it's so amazing! I know I'm very lucky to have such an incredible cat.
Years ago[I] had a cat from _somewhere_ in the neighborhood begin showing up with regularity on my property ; repeatedly approaching the door with the intent on being permitted passage etc. ..finally, I relented and let it in. It was clear from the outset that this creature was *not* a stray, belonged to someone and was a household pet. The animal was by all outward appearances very healthy i.e., nutritional needs were being more than adequately met, it was well-groomed, and just overall looked to be in great shape. While I was careful not to feed it, .. _food_ that is, _not even a morsel_ (didn't wish to lure it away or alienate it from its owner nor could I afford, at that juncture in my life to take on the duties and responsibilities associated with ownership ), on the other hand, I was more than generous in the doling out of affection . Pretty soon this scene developed into a fairly predictable routine whereby this cat was paying nearly daily visits to my abode for reliable doses of comforting pets, hugs, scratches, etc. without the expectation of reward arriving in any other form It looked to me and others( a sibling and 2 friends who frequently stopped by ) in other words, we were in unanimous agreement in our observations that the cat was lacking in only one respect ..it was literally starving for the only kind of attention its primary care provider(s) was/were failing to deliver and that was interaction of a physical nature, loving play and closeness of the tactile variety Who knows what was going on in the alternate household during this time-frame.. perhaps it had once been populated by a figure or figures who had, not only possessed the desire but, also the time to devote to this now ''emotionally'' neglected or deprived member of the family ...it could be a suddenly solitary ''empty-nester''; adult children having flown the coop, who hasn't the inclination and/or wherewithal to relate to the animal on this level nevertheless feels obligated to continue providing for its basic needs Again , what did seem certain is that this cat headed out on a mission in search of the sort of nourishment that wasn't to be found in a trough or at the bottom of feeding bowl. Needless to say, the cat wasn't the only beneficiary, I had the best of both worlds..didn't have to lift a finger in service of the mundane chores that one would normally be called upon to perform, didn't have to spend a penny in sustenance outlay, instead I reaped only the rewards: companionship and stress reduction
My sister had a cat that didn't like it when the house was too crowded. Two kids, 3 other cats and a very active dog were in the house as well. The cat chose a house one street away were they were no other pets, nor kids. My sister was flabbergasted to see the cat sitting there in the window with a little bell on their collar, something it always got rid of when she put it on. The person who lived there said they knew it was not a stray cat, but that it continued to try and get attention from them and get in their house. They had turned the cat outside again and again and it was persistently getting back into their house. Both humans accepted the cats decision eventually. Though my sister was somewhat miffed the cat chose to live somewhere else, she could understand it. The cat had decided. 😊
When my kids are home, my cats take turns spending time sleeping next to each of them. But my 2.5 yr old black cat usually ends up next to me at some point or another. I guess they are claiming the kids, too ❤
Yes, my cats sleep with me. Strangely though, before I had my own house and was renting a flatlet, both my landlady's 2 cats decided to sleep with me rather than with her and her 2 children. Why would they choose me after they had grown up with her family?
I have 2 Kitty's (brother's) just over 1 year old. The Orange Tabby (Zeus) and Grey Tabby (Samson) are the love of my life. Zeus tucks himself around my arms just beside my head every night. He starts purring and within a few minutes, he off to dreamland. Samson visits me 3-4 times a night and lets me rub his soft belly and head. Love them both.
Been proven too, cats sleep by you to protect you too...my cat if in street near me,people who pass me,he growls at them and stands between, very protective at times...
Six cats and a Boston Terrier. They tolerate each other only because of their shared human. They space each other within eyesight, often switching sleeping spots during the night, a kind of musical cats, except for one who dominates the foot end of the bed, even displacing the dog who is well aware that cats have claws. Nice of them to not tromp on my face until I'm aware, then the parade starts. Oh, the joy of kitty-ville! I put out heating pads in places they sleep, and for some reason, they avoid them unless it's really cold. No body wants to sleep under the blankets.
My cat sleeps mostly with me, than my girl and I think that’s because when she’s sleep she doesn’t think about where he is when she turns over at night like I do! But my cat always wants to be with her when she’s moving around, especially when she’s cooking or folding clothes! He also meows at her when she opens up can goods, but I think that’s because his spoiled butt thinks it’s his wet food lol! We love him to death and show him all the time how much he means to us! And he reciprocates with rubbings, grooming and slow eye closes, and we have little fights to keep his hunting skills sharp!
We have 6 cats at home, everybody has several sleeping spots based on their preferences and time of the day. Only 1 or 2 sleep in the bed at night, and it varies which ones.
We’re warm and soft, well, some of us are, and they love us. That’s reason enough why they sleep with us. Most of my cats have slept under the covers with me, usually curled against my tummy, very comforting for us both.
My lifelong friend and I both came to crossroads in our lives, mid-40’s. I moved to her state and we rented a house together. Her 7 year old female cat was instantly drawn to me. She was always a very timid cat even as a kitten. Now three years later, she’s my cat. I didn’t do anything to draw her to me, just treated her the way I’ve always treated cats throughout life. I love her so much ❤ She’s attached to my hip (my bestie isn’t mad) 😊
My female eventually comes to walk back and forth between my husband before finally settling down at the end of the bed or occasionally going back out to the living room with our male cat. Our male cat occasionally sleeps in the room with us but rarely on the bed more often he sleeps on the floor on top of my husband’s dirty clothes.
When I was a young teenager my Cat Chaca Chan used to push my head off my pillow every night and sleep on it. I went to school with a sore neck too many times so I bought another pillow. He did the same thing so I would lay down with one of the pillows and give it to him right before I went to sleep. I used the other cold pillow for myself and all was Fine. He was the BEST CAT in the Whole universe. I still Miss him 50 years later. The End
I have 2 cats at the moment, and they both want to sleep with me most of the time, especially when it’s cold. But when it’s hot I don’t like it near as much, but they do, so I usually have to put them a little bit away from me where I can still pet or scratch them for a while. I don’t know why but they usually accept that and don’t try to get too close after I go to sleep. But I just love having them near me when I’m going to sleep. They like to help me when I’m using my laptop, and that doesn’t go over very well!
My cats stay around me all day everyday. Every room i go to they follow and find their spot to just spend time with me. My cat that i adopted last year sleeps with me every night while my sll white cat occasionally will comr on the bed and sleep st the edge. Their favorite past time is looking outside. They do this for the majority of the day.
Mine rotates his sleeping habits. Sometimes he's exclusive to a bench on my screened porch, sometimes he sleeps on a chair in the living room, sometimes he sleeps on a box in my bedroom, and sometimes he sleeps on my bed. Whatever his preference is, it usually remains that way for a week to a month and then he changes it again.
Not only does my cat sleep with me, he spends every second with me. And if I sit in a different spot than usual he will not stop crying until I go back to my regular chair so he can cuddle up with me. I used to be a dog person before I got this cat because I thought cats could not be loving and loyal. I have owned plenty of dogs and known people with the sweetest most loyal dogs you can imagine and none of them compare to my Poser
I used to have a cat. She was skittish and only spent time with her brother until he passed. Then I became her favorite. Even after I had to leave her with my sister because my place didn't accept pets, whenever I visited my cat would always choose to spend time with me over anyone else.
Sox sleeps in various spots, sometimes he sleeps next to me , but when he's hungry he's in my face, I wake up half asleep and feed him , he deserves it , great company and an excellent mouser
I would add, that the bed belongs to the cat and I am merely aloud to sleep in it! Luna sleeps with me, usually at pillow level, and has at times taken over more than half the bed by sprawling out so I am squashed up on the side. Must feel very safe with me! But how do such little things take up so much room when they want to?? lol
My oldest cat is 11. He likes snuggles, uppies, and laps. But when it's sleepy time, he HAS to sleep with my ankles. I also have a young rascal who was feral born and abandoned at a job site. He is not a cuddly Boi. He likes to sleep in my chair. If I'm in the chair, he might claim my lap. Sometimes he licks my face. Sometimes he tolerates loves. But oooooh boy he loves play time. And it's always play time. He's almost 2 years.
I am now a senior and my cat, like all the cats before him, sleep with me. I can't imagine it otherwise. My sister has a cat and she does not allow it on the bed. It sleeps in the living room. The cat rarely approaches my sister but when I come over, it always trots up to me. Something even my sister has commented on. Cats know.......
My cat will switch up her sleeping spot every six weeks or so but will come snuggle in winter time, or after catching me on my phone at 11pm and she will sit on my phone because it's a warm source and enforce being a snuggly pillow.
Yes cat wants to be with me 24/7 follows me around everywhere. Sleeps at bottom of the bed because I like to move around a lot when sleeping with my bad back. It's my brothers Cat been looking after it for 4 weeks now. Think cat likes me more then my brother because he's noisy and ruff. She's a old cat and very loving, got her from a cat rescue centre 6+ years ago.
My beautiful fixed ginger male cat Oliver is a lone kitty wolf. He likes me and my friend Tera and that's it. Tera and I saved 3 kitties and their mom and since then Oliver ONLY goes around me and her.
My cats are always by my side when I sleep. They compete for space next to my head and always have to be facing my face . They are my world as much as I am to them.
I currently have 6 kitty companions, 4 inside 2 outside. Most night s find 2 to 3 of my inside cats on my bed. They lay on me and around me in the bed. I am a male 56yrs old. My 2 sons live with me. They prefer me, I am CAT DAD! My friends are aged 11 months all the way to 16yrs.
Our cat Miss Mittens loves sleeping with my sister then with me. She only sleeps with me is if my sister puts her out of her room so i'm the second best thing. My sister kept her out of her room for 2 years
My cat love my son and I equally. While she alternates sleeping with both of us, she definitely prefers my bedroom. My son and I swapped rooms. When it was his room she slept with him more. Now I’m in the room she sleeps with me more.
Does your cat sleep with you? 🐈💤
Yes! 💞🐱
I'm so blessed with them. I rescued them at the absolute worst time in my life & in turn they saved it. ❤
Yep!
Sometimes. I have 2 cats, they heat-mooch the bed. They come and go at their mood. One loves to sleep on top of the armoire (on his pillow)so he can see the room. They like an early breakfast so they like to make sure I’m up to feed them at 0400!
They both do. I just posted a comment and a question I could use some help with please? Thanks.
That is so cool ❤ I plan to do the same 😼✌️
May life continue to bless you with an abundance of joy from hereon

Congrats on having the strength, health and the will-power to fight on. But what would you change if you won a half million bucks on the lottery?

Yes-yes-yes. Can't buy their love - it's a priceless gift. Their purring is so loving.
❤absolutely

I rescued my cat after she was abandoned in a shopping center parking lot in the evening. She held onto my arm with her head pressed into my bicep every night for many years. She still sleeps beside me but usually reaches out with a paw to make contact to make sure I am there. I saw a show on big cats in Africa and lions do pretty much the same thing.
Thank you for saving her.😢
I would like to stay as far away from that lion paw as possible
My cat is currently on my lap, I love it. He hid the first month after I adopted him. The fact that he trusts me and likes to sleep near me makes me happy 😊
.... Cool
Rescued a hungry stray a few days ago & her trust & love for me is so rewarding to experience. Snoozing next to right now 😊
👍💜
Just took in our second stray...he's a little more work but as soon as he get's used to the doof (Dog) he'll feel right at home...

My black cat Raven doesn't sleep with me EVERY night, but more often than not, especially in the winter.
I find her furry presence comforting.
Loves you!
Maddie does that too! She likes to share my pillow and purrs me to sleep every night. She wakes me up with purrs and headbonks
My kieko does the same thing. She is adorable. Honestly she has helped me a lot coping with anxiety. I used to feel so alone but now I have my feline baby and I feel so grateful ❤🪬
I miss my cat so much now.
My newest little kitten sleeps ect to my head every night. Without fail she will play then come lye down ready for sleep

Had a dude-cat named Dickens. He was in every way the lazy tom, and always slept with me. Always walked around like he was listening to jazz music only he could hear. Best cat ever.
He sounded like a really cool dude.😎 I bet he had those half-cosed bedroom eyes too.😸
😅🎷
Can he dance?
How did the person feel when you just took her cat?🤔
@@lindahandley5267 🤣 I know, right 🤷🏽
@@TheeHuntress
@@lindahandley5267 they just took the cat. No fucks given
@@LilXancheX No love lost.😿
My cat's absolute favorite thing is when I take a nap. Sleep cuddles outside of the normal time frame? Yes!
That's more than once a day for us!
My kitties get into a cuddle puddle from my toes to my head at night. I used to use a weighted blanket but now my cats are my weighted blanket! 😻
❤❤❤️
I could have written this exact comment, right down to the age, gender, and type of kitties!!!!!!! 🥰
I have a tuxedo that has to sleep under the blankets next to my neck. He insists under the covers so I pull it over him when he sleeps on my arm and he stays that way until morning.
@@reginaoatley2767awww 😊🥰
Nothing is better than cats
Bro u literally just described me except mine are around 8 months but i got two tabby boys
I feel so privileged , my kitty loves me. 😊
I have 9 cats.... the bed is a revolving door. My own personal blanket
My two cats were both part of the second Oregon State study you referenced. Thought it was cool you mentioned it.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwww soooooooooooooo very cute
Citrine is such a cute name!
My cat also asks for an invitation before coming up my bed and cuddling with me. Its so cute.
My cat just lays in my arms and purrs me to sleep I actually can say I fall asleep almost immediately too she’s the best white noise. I can’t sleep now without her I toss and turn..🐈⬛
I live in a cold climate. My cats ignore me in the summer, but sometimes fight about sleeping next to me in the winter.
She loves making biscuits on my blanket 😻
She responds to words like sleep and bed time, and seems to sleep in different places (her comfy carrier in the bedroom, a perch in the office, possibly an open wardrobe)
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 In Brazil we don't have winter but, when the weather is colder it is even better to sleep with a cat.🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
My orange cat Mr Brewster likes to sleep between my shins or on my head. So either my legs go numb or my hair goes flat, lol
I had a cat that loved to make biscuits out of my long hair.
He. Hee yeh me too..
Being able to feel my lil boys tiny cat breath on me cures my insomnia 😊
"Tiny cat breath" so sweet
Same here ❤
@@StAlphonsusHasAPosse ....combined with purrrrrrrrrs xxxxxxx
@@elizabethsheffield6609 Nice to go to sleep to the sound of purring
My Taylor Tot (female but named after James Taylor) sleeps with me. If it takes her a little to come to bed, I can't actually go to sleep until she is with me. ❤
we adopted a kitten from a local shelter and from the very first night, he has slept with us. Often moving from me to my wife and back again. He seems to be a good equal oppurtunity snuggler
Every morning at about 4am, my brown tabby jumps on the bed and marches straight to me where he curls up on top of me and promptly falls asleep. We adopted him 3 years ago from a shelter and he hasn't missed a night since!
Yeah I used to let that happen but then I prioritised my own sleep and health
Just woke up from a nap and had both of my cats on me lol
My cat loves to sleep on top of me, and keeps me very warn and doesnt like it if i stay up all night. Likewise if in ill and in bed, i have found her sitting up next to me, watching over me with deep concern...thank you 😊
My Cat is my guardian, I have a strong lowered immune system due to several health issues, and she follows me everywhere I go...
She sleeps next to my pillow and wakes me up a couple of times during the night by putting her face into mine. I have a sleeping disorder (Apneu) combined with COPD
Cats are really amazing
My cat used to fell asleep next to me. Providing warmth to each other. And in the morning he was always on the couch waiting for me to wake up and he always said hello.
He let me rubbed his belly. We were so close. I miss him so much
All the cats that i've had, have slept with me. My present cat, Aura, is the exception, she pays visits during the night but never stays. I've had her 4 months, hopefully she'll change
He is constantly waking me up, but its worth it because he trusts me.
Both however share the bed when I'm not there.😊
*That lasted only a few months before Phantom, solid Black ...
As I watch this, my Joanna is asleep on top of my legs. Very comforting for both of is.
My Raven nurses on my blanket and then kisses me and curls up on my pillow against my face and purrs us both to sleep.
I’m often squashed into the top-right quadrant of my bed because my three cats have each staked their claim on a corner. 😂 Not such a problem for the “bookends” - my matched pair of black-and-white brothers - but the third cat is the size of a small goat. As one delivery driver described him.
A Maine Coon perhaps?
I ❤ his relaxed attitude to toys❣️🐾😻
Brought home a 9 month old rescue tabby a couple weeks ago, he spent two months in a cage, unknown months on the street before that. On night one we were shocked to find him contentedly sleeping in our bed.
That cat of the week is possibly the greatest cat I've ever seen! A cat for the ages!!!! All hail Greg!
My cats don't sleep with me....cause I roll around alot..lol
I love how you produce your videos...good infotainment
My ginger cat is so determined to still sleep on me that now I wiggle a lot less
15 years ago a feral munchkin cat adopted me. She used to come to my back door and I fed her. 15 years late she still here and she has trained me well. She made my house hers. lol
With my cats, it’s their house, and they graciously allow me to live there with them
My babies are Siberian and we are all hot sleepers.
It needs to know that its food source doesn’t get too far away. That’s why it sleeps with you.
Pretty soon this scene developed into a fairly predictable routine whereby this cat was paying nearly daily visits to my abode for reliable doses of comforting pets, hugs, scratches, etc. without the expectation of reward arriving in any other form
It looked to me and others( a sibling and 2 friends who frequently stopped by ) in other words, we were in unanimous agreement in our observations that the cat was lacking in only one respect ..it was literally starving for the only kind of attention its primary care provider(s) was/were failing to deliver and that was interaction of a physical nature, loving play and closeness of the tactile variety
Who knows what was going on in the alternate household during this time-frame.. perhaps it had once been populated by a figure or figures who had, not only possessed the desire but, also the time to devote to this now ''emotionally'' neglected or deprived member of the family ...it could be a suddenly solitary ''empty-nester''; adult children having flown the coop, who hasn't the inclination and/or wherewithal to relate to the animal on this level nevertheless feels obligated to continue providing for its basic needs
Again , what did seem certain is that this cat headed out on a mission in search of the sort of nourishment that wasn't to be found in a trough or at the bottom of feeding bowl.
I guess they are claiming the kids, too ❤
Cats are so perfect 😊
We love your vids for many reasons!!!!! #9 You are our FAVORITE cat journal channel!
Wow, thank you FURiends!
My cat loves me to death that she always sleeps with me. I've had her since she was a kitten.
I bought my Ace two self warming mats to sleep on.. One's in my room. The other one is in his 'private" spot.
4 years ago, I adopted a pair of kittens, life bonded paired sister's. Now I have one of them and she sleeps next to me all the time
My female eventually comes to walk back and forth between my husband before finally settling down at the end of the bed or occasionally going back out to the living room with our male cat.
The End
My cat sleeps withe every night n he makes me feel so loved❤
My cat sleeps at my feet as i move too much for him and to have him there makes me happy. He loves my electric blanket.
Yes all four of them. Specially when it is cold season. And I enjoy it.
Great video. My cat sleeps by my side 7 days a week.
Greg the tuxedo is handsome. Tuxies are just fun cats to have and be around.
But how do such little things take up so much room when they want to?? lol
Good question. One of the mysteries of the universe
That is one magnificent kitty at 3:36!!! 😍
I moved into a house with 2 other people, my cat loved us all and would spend the night going in between all of us for snuggles! 😻
My cat just come and snuggle up to me while I'm watching this video,I‘m so proud.😊
There is no greater trust and honour a human can merit than the trust of a non-human animal.
BEAUTIFUL CATS,MY CATS SLEEPS WITH ME AND THEY KEEP ME WARM MEOWY ❤🐈♥️
My sister kept her out of her room for 2 years
We all cats together when sleeping ❤❤❤
My cat love my son and I equally. While she alternates sleeping with both of us, she definitely prefers my bedroom. My son and I swapped rooms. When it was his room she slept with him more. Now I’m in the room she sleeps with me more.
Man, my cat loved to be the little spoon. Specially when i hugged her😄
