    Like the truck. Might order a mega dually this week. Also noted the map on your slide. No Minnesota? Wait until summer though.

      Thank you! MN is on the list for maybe this summer! It's got to thaw out a bit!

    Awesome video! What size rims do you have? I have a 2022 Ram 3500 dually, looks similar to yours except I have the steel wheels, 17”. I’m split between the length of the rear mud flaps. What is your ground clearance? I’d like max coverage and yours look really good!

      rims are 17" and we still have 6 inches of clearance, the mud flaps just clear parking curbs without rubbing. I love the extra length and width, we get very little dirt or splash on the front of the 5th wheel. and I mean very little, almost none.

    Did you go with the standard 12” wide on the front or the 14?

    • @OurRoadLessTraveled

      wide on the front and rear, both are the longer versions. Went wide on the front to keep more stuff from hitting the rear fenders and side steps. Wide on the rear to keep more stuff off the front of the 5th wheel. I can say the 5th wheel stays clean, and we dont have any paint chips on the truck.

    AFter installing the rear, with precut holes to match the fender mount screws, what is the measurement to the ground from the bottom edge of the flap installed? And when you are connected to the fifth wheel? Do you have levelling bags on the truck?

      we are exactly 6 inches when unloaded. we do have air bags on the truck, but even with out them, it would not cause it to be less than 5 inches. Still enough to clear curbs and those parking concrete things people hit with their front ends.

    Looks good brother, Thanks for making this video.. BE sure to Keep your eyes on these NEXON Tires. Mine with 12 k miles had a BUBBLE to come up on the front Inside which blew the rubber off the tire, No warranty coverage.. Luckily I had gotten to the camp site and dropped the trailer... Found a place to replace the two front with FIRESTONE. But just keep a eye on them OR get them off... Your Truck looks good I have the DURAFLAPS

      Thank you for the complement. We ditched the Nexons a few thousand miles back. we got about 12k out of them. We went with Cooper AT3 tires. supposed to get 60k out of them. We will see. They do ride splendidly. Very happy with them so far. Have a great day, and thanks for watching.

    I love the look of your ram, I have a 2022 GMC Denali Sierra 3500 dually and I have looking at getting these mud flap.

      Thank you. I was not sure if the mud flaps would actually help all that much. After having them for a year, I can say; nothing gets on the front of the 5th wheel. I am truly shocked how well they work. they have held up great, not so much as a loose screw. In this day an age its hard to find something that lives up to the marketing, but these do. Would 100% buy them again.

    Good job on the video, just wanted to confirm. The rear are extra long, but standard 20” wide? Are you experiencing good coverage?

    • @OurRoadLessTraveled
      @OurRoadLessTraveled  Рік тому

      That is correct. The coverage is incredible. We have not gotten anything on the front of the 5th wheel since installing them. The rear fenders have very minor spray on them but nothing like before. they are very study and secure. Would 100% recommend them.
