The arena war vehicles die in one rocket he’s probably using a god mode glitch
They take six guided missiles if ur inside but only two if nobody is in it. But yeah that dude was 100% using godmode.
When everyone leaves it’s mainly caused by ping spikes or connection inconsistencies of sorts. It actually disconnects you from that lobby and puts you in a solo public lobby.

I completed the Dave missions JUST so he’d stop calling me.
Just a tip: if you put up your map when dave calls you you can skip the call
Key parts of being a hitmen, even in real life.
1. Be stealthy aka, use silencers
2. Long range shots would be a preferred modus operandi, since no one around the target would know from where the shot was taken
3. If the target is in a crowd, try to lure them to the back at a building of some sort.
4. Do not attract any attention to oncoming and nearby civilians, you have one target and one target only.
