looks very good and would perfectly match my KGB, but can you adjust the amount of coffee you grind? seems like you can just adjust the grind.

The knob allows for the finest, stepless adjustments of the burrs, providing the exact grind size you need for a range of brewing methods. So you can adjust the grind to your needs.

Markus is asking about the amount of coffee, not the grind size. I’d buy this in a heartbeat if it would have a digital scale in it
